Brain Health Questionnaire for children - Bring any medication(s) and/or supplements you are currently taking.
- For NAET, wear loose, comfortable, clean FRAGRANCE-FREE clothing. you will be required to remove your jewelry and shoes.
- YOU MUST BE AS FRAGRANCE-FREE AS ABSOLUTELY POSSIBLE (No scented lotions, deodorants, laundry detergents or fabric softeners, perfumes, colognes, essential oils, etc.) Many of our clients are working to eliminate sensitivities to fragrances and they APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION! Even though you may not be able to smell these itesm, chemically sensitive people can, even DAYS after the exposure.

Office Hours
Our office is open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Appointments are also available on some Saturdays. Please call to check availability.

Where We're Located
Our office is in Hastings, Minnesota, in the "heartland" of the US, along the Mississippi River, about a 20-minute drive from the Twin Cities of St. Paul/Minneapolis. (See maps and driving directions below.)
NOTE: We moved to a new office in Hastings effective April 30, 2008.

Driving Directions:
We are located in the Office Center Building on the South Frontage Road off of Highway 55 (11th Street) in Hastings.
From west of Hastings:
- Take I-494 E to US Hwy 52 South.
- Go East to Hastings on US Hwy 55 (left exit) – proceed for about 10 miles.
- Take a right turn on Westview Drive.
- Take an immediate left turn onto South Frontage Road.
- Go about a block to the 1125 Office Center Building.
- Park in the lot behind the building. We are located on the lower level, in Suite 6.
From East or North of Hastings:
- Take US Hwy 61 south to Hastings.
- Come across the bridge and go about 8 blocks to the intersection with Hwy 55 (11th Street).
- Turn right (west) onto Hwy 55 and continue for about 7 blocks.
- At River Street, turn left. River Street becomes South Frontage Road.
- Follow South Frontage Road about 3 blocks to the 1125 Office Center Building.
- Park in the lot behind the building. We are located on the lower level, in Suite 6.
NOTE: For Saturday appointments, please park in the rear lot of the building and ring the bell by the back door for access.
