Naturopathic Consulting

Using the principles of naturopathy as our guide, we work to provide as much information to our clients as possible to ensure they can make informed decisions. Naturopathy is a very ancient practice. Its approach and philosophy revolves around a few key principles:

• Do no harm
• Use the healing power of nature (air, water, sunlight, earth, plants, etc.)
• Honor the whole person (don't isolate a symptom, look for the cause and resolve it)
• Practice preventative care (education)
• Empower the client (they are in control of their choices, the practitioner is an educator and facilitator)

Philosophically, Naturopathy states that healing will occur naturally in the human body if it is given what it truly needs—that is, fresh air, sunlight, proper diet, pure water, exercise, and rest.

Affirmations:  Affirmations are word patterns that help us shift from negative to positive thoughts that support a healthier way of living. Studies have shown that negative thoughts and actions actually contribute toward cellular destruction. By becoming conscious of your thought patterns you can lead a healthier, happier life. We work with people to develop affirmations that support their healing process.

Relaxation Techniques:  Many of our clients suffer from a great deal of chronic stress, a common precursor to "dis-ease."  We teach various simple relaxation techniques of exercise and meditation that create a more relaxed state of mind and body. These techniques aid in stress reduction.

Naturopathic consultation fees:

• Consulting is provided by the quarter hour at $40 per quarter-hour.
• The consulting fee will be applied for extended phone calls, situational assessments, or e-mails requiring the practitioner to study information and relay recommendations.
• There is no charge for established clients for brief phone consultations for clarifying instructions or for refilling remedies or supplements.

NAET for Allergy Elimination

NAET (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique) is an innovative treatment for allergies that is completely natural, painless, and non-invasive. This method can:

• Be used safely on anyone, even newborn infants, the elderly, people in a coma, and pets
• Be used to treat healthy individuals with hidden allergies that could cause illness in the future
• Complement other medical therapies requiring the use of pharmaceutical drugs (e.g. antibiotics, chemotherapy, radiation) to treat for any side effects and to maximize the effectiveness of the drugs.

With the progress of modern science and new technology, new chemicals and products are being developed every day which create potential allergens for many people. NAET is a truly revolutionary solution that provides relief from adverse reactions to new allergens and empowers the individual to live a better life in our modern world.

How the NAET process works:

NAET incorporates a combination of various medical disciplines, such as allopathy (traditional medicine), acupuncture, chiropractic, kinesiology and nutrition. Nambudripad’s Testing Techniques utilize Question Response Testing (QRT), which indicates the kinetic (energetic) imbalance in the body caused by allergens.

1. The NAET treatment stimulates pressure points along the spine from the neck to the sacrum while the client is holding an allergen.
2. After the treatment, a strong QRT indicates that the allergy has been removed.
3. Specific acupressure points are then massaged to stabilize the treatment.
4. The substance must then be completely avoided for 25 hours following the treatment for best results.

Allergens are treated and cleared one at a time in a specific sequence. Normally only one item is treated on a given day. In most cases, one session is all that is required to eliminate an allergy if NAET is applied properly. Individuals who are highly sensitive may sometimes require additional treatments or combination treatments.

We follow Dr. Devi's treatment protocol. This means that the "top 15" allergens are tested and treated first. By using this approach, other specific allergens (wheat, dairy, animals, etc.) can be eliminated, reducing the total amount of treatments needed to restore health. The top 15 allergens are basic nutrients our bodies need to function. Many of us are allergic to them and don't even know it. These include calcium, vitamin C, B Complex vitamins, vitamin A, minerals, and more. Because of an allergy (energetic disturbance), these nutrients are not properly utilized in our bodies, and this can then lead to illness and disease.

Risks of NAET:

The NAET procedure is perfectly safe and harmless. NAET works in harmony with your body and spirit.

ZYTO^TM Bio-communication Screening

ZYTO technology is an interface through which information is transmitted and analyzed. It is a link between one information processor (a computer) and another (a living body). By monitoring dynamic biological markers in near-real time and then orchestrating output of data in sync with those markers, ZYTO instruments can pass information between the two with meaning and value.

One important application of this information processing is clinical. By accessing data at a subconscious level, health practitioners using ZYTO technology are able to expand what might be considered a patient interview. They are able to craft questions and receive answers that will serve as navigational aids in making subsequent therapeutic decisions.

Even though this process has clinical value, instruments using the ZYTO technology are not medical devices. They can more accurately be compared with a printed health questionnaire and the pen the patient uses to fill in the blanks. It's simply the facilitation of information, the transmission of knowledge; and it happens quickly, painlessly, and subconsciously.

Assessments that can be done with ZYTO technology include but are not limited to: toxic load, organ function, emotional needs (including PSYCHE-K^TM), food, chemical, and environmental sensitivities. We can then easily determine the best products to help return the body to proper balance.

Developed in 1988, PSYCHE-K^TM includes information and patterns for dramatically accelerating personal growth. PSYCHE-K was inspired by numerous fields of study including kinesiology, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), acupressure, Ericksonian hypnotherapy, and various psycho-spiritual healing systems.

Your reality is created by your beliefs. These beliefs, usually subconscious, are often the result of lifelong "programming," and represent a powerful influence on human behavior. It is from our beliefs that we form attitudes about the world and ourselves, and from these attitudes we develop behaviors. Usually, it is self-defeating behaviors we wish to change. Often the most effective way to change a behavior is to change the belief or beliefs that support it. PSYCHE-K provides a variety of ways to quickly identify and transform beliefs that "sabotage" you into beliefs that "support" you.

PYSCHE-K was developed by Rob Williams, MA, who has written the book The Psychology of Change. Rob frequently lectures with Dr. Bruce Lipton, cellular biologist, who has written the book The Biology of Belief.

Advanced Bio-Photon Analyzer

Our bodies contain what is called negative information fields. These are things that don't belong—like viruses, heavy metals, chemicals, etc. These items deplete the body's vital energy and cause stress to its electrical and mechanical systems. The Bio-Photon scans the body for this information and then provides counter measures to help restore balance to the body. A positive information field should be equal to the vitality of the body as the body is constantly adapting to its surroundings. Only things outside these parameters receive a counter measure.

This machine scans the body to identify various "stressors" that drain the body of its vitality and ability to defend against invaders or heal itself. Once it identifies the stressors, it brings the vitality level of those stressors down to a level that the body can then self correct.

OxiData^TM Tests

Free radicals are molecules that have an uncoupled electron. This uncoupling occurs as a by-product of normal metabolic reactions and xeno-toxic reactions. This is a very unstable state, causing these molecules to be highly reactive.

Once free radical species are initiated, they propagate by becoming involved in chain reactions with less reactive species of cell material. The chain reaction compounds itself from cell materials that generally possess longer half-lives, therefore extending the potential for cellular damage. Many chronic diseases are implicated with free radical damage.

This test helps to pinpoint cellular oxidation-reduction trends. This test is 50 times more sensitive than blood plasma malondilaldehyde measurement.

Oxidation is the process of combining with oxygen. To change a compound by increasing the proportion of the part tending to attract electrons or change an element or ion from a lower to a higher positive valence (remove one or more electrons from an atom, ion or molecule. Oxidation is caused by free electrons in the atmosphere. They don't like to be free. Adrenaline is the substance in your body that is most highly oxidized. Most people are oxidized. Oxidation sometimes goes up during an infectious state.

Reduction is the process of combining with or subjecting to the action of hydrogen. To change an element or ion from a higher to a lower oxidation state or to add one or more electrons to an atom or ion or molecule.

Malondilaldehyde is the evidence of injured cells. The OxidataT test measures actual cell damage. The intensity of the color reflects cell damage.

Anti-oxidant levels must be precise, and are unique to the individual. If you are in a state of reduction, taking antioxidants can be dangerous.
